Do I have to pay VAT?

No. The monthly fee is exempt from VAT. We recommend that you contact your own accountant for further accounting questions.

Do I have to pay a fee to receive an invoice?

No. You do not pay a fee to receive an invoice as a PDF file on your email. If you want to receive an invoice in the mail, it costs 45 DKK.

Do you keep my passwords?

No, we do not store passwords. At Qred, you log in with MiTid alone.

When will I get a response?

Once you have submitted your application for business loans, we endeavour to contact you within one hour. After that, you will be sent an offer to be signed with MiTid. We pay out the money quickly after signing.

When should the loan be repaid?

You pay once per month.

For example, if you took out the loan on the 13th of a month, then the first payment must be due on the 13th of the following month. We will send an invoice approximately 10 days before the due date.

If you deposit more than one regular invoice, you always have the opportunity to repay the loan faster and thus repay the loan ahead of time.

How is the money paid out?

The loan paid through Trustly, which allows us to transfer the loan amount quickly after signing the contract. This means that you will have the money in your bank account within one business day.

How is Qred Bank different?

Qred Bank is an alternative to traditional banks. Qred uses modern technology that enables quick and efficient processing. This means that it only takes a few minutes to apply for a business loan, and the money is paid out within an hour once the contract is signed. Additionally, Qred offers flexibility at no extra cost! In fact, if you repay your loan early, the monthly fees you would’ve otherwise paid will be removed.

What is required to get a business loan?

Each application will be assessed individually to ensure that a potential loan offer is sustainable for the company's financial situation. If the assessment concludes that a loan offer is not an option at the current time, you are welcome to apply again in the future, provided the company's financial situation has changed. Please note that all loans require a personal guarantee.

Who can apply for a loan?

All Danish SMEs can apply for a business loan from Qred Bank, regardless of size or industry. The basic requirements are a company registration number and that the company is located in Denmark.

How much does it cost to take out a business loan?

There are no initial costs for a business loans at Qred. When you sign a loan, the first payment will fall 30 days after. Here you pay an installment and monthly fee for the month in which you have had the loan. This will continue until the entire loan is repaid.

What happens if I can't repay the loan?

You will first receive a friendly reminder that we are missing your payment. On an ongoing basis, you will receive more reminders. We encourage you to contact us as soon as you see you have problems with a payment, so we can jointly find a solution that suits both parties.

If no agreement is reached, we will have to hand the case over to debt collection via our legal team.

Who inspects Qred Bank?

Qred is registered with the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet) in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act, and our activities are reviewed by an authorised auditor

What is an amofree month?

In the case of an amortization free period, you only pay the monthly fee. Thus not paying off on your outstanding amount.

It will prolong your business loans by an additional month, and ultimately that means the loan will be a month fee more expensive than the original deal. Unless, of course, you pay more in the other months and catch up again.

What does Qred mean?

Qred (pronounced Krædt) is a pun between the word credit and the English phrase “to give someone credit for something”, which can be compared to giving someone pondus, or acknowledging someone for something.
